Where we ship and how long it takes.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Rates
We offer the following shipping options within the United States:
Standard Shipping (3-5 business days): $5.99 — Free on orders over $75.
Express Shipping (1-2 business days): $15.00.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Delivery Times
Standard delivery: 3-5 business days within the United States. Express delivery: 1-2 business days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to weather conditions.
Shipping Regions
We currently ship to all 50 United States. We do not currently offer international shipping. We will expand to additional regions as our business grows.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. You can track your order using the link provided in the shipping confirmation email.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window or appears lost, contact us at emanuelm450@icloud.com and we'll work with the carrier to locate it. Please allow 2 extra days beyond the estimated delivery date before contacting us about a delayed package.
