Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 3–7 business days. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in original, unused condition. Some items (like grooming products) may be non-returnable for hygiene reasons. See our refund policy for details.
We currently ship within the United States. We're working on expanding to additional regions — check our shipping policy for the latest.
A tracking link is emailed to you when your order ships. If you didn't receive it, contact us with your order number and we'll resend it.
If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us right away and we'll do our best to change or cancel it. Once an order ships, it can't be modified.
We look for honest materials and responsible manufacturing, and note country of origin on each product where available. We're continually improving our sourcing standards.
