Refund & Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in original, unworn/unused condition with tags attached. Items must be in their original packaging with all accessories included.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be returnable, including beauty products, skincare items, undergarments, and final sale items. This will be noted on the product page.

Email emanuelm450@icloud.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll send you a return authorization and instructions for shipping the item back.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at emanuelm450@icloud.com and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, the order enters processing and cannot be cancelled. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
